We love how easy it is to cut this Mandarin Orange Salad recipe into nice neat squares.

👩🏻‍🍳 Tips

  • A glass or ceramic dish really works best for this recipe. I don't recommend using a metal baking dish.
  • I prefer to use a food processor so that I can get finely chopped crackers.
  • Make sure that you drain the mandarin oranges well, so that your salad with mandarin oranges doesn't become runny.
  • If you want nice and clean cuts, use a cold knife or a knife that has been dipped into water and then wiped clean.

📚 Variations

  • Add some chopped nuts to the topping or the crust for an added crunch.
  • Replace the Mandarin oranges with other types of fruit like pineapples.
  • Stir in some mini marshmallows for an extra sweet treat.

🥫 Storage

Store your fluff salad with mandarin oranges in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You could also freeze this dish without the oranges on the top for up to one month.
