- Add diced bacon to a large skillet or pan and place over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy and golden brown. Drain the bacon and blot with a paper towel.
- In the same skillet cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned, drain and set aside.
- Add the drained kidney beans, butter beans, park and beans to the slow cooker.
- Add in the bacon.
- Next add in the cooked hamburger and onions.
- Add in the molasses and bbq sauce.
- Then add the ketchup to your slow cooker.
- Dump in the packed brown sugar.
- Next, add in the yellow mustard.
- Lastly, add in the seasonings and stir.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low heat for 6 to 7 hours.

Ultimate Baked Beans And With Slow Cooker
Equipment Needed
- Large baking dish if making the beans in the oven.
Ingredients
- ½ pound Bacon dices
- ½ pound Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- ½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Spicy Barbecue Sauce Use mild if you prefer less spicy.
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 can Kidney Beans, drained the original size was 16 ounces - cans are now 15 ounces.
- 1 can Butter Beans, drained The original size was 16 ounces - cans are now 15 ounces.
- 2 cans Pork and Beans, drained Cans are 16 ounce size.
Instructions
Slow Cooker Method
- Add diced bacon to a large skillet or pan and place over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy and golden brown. Drain the bacon and blot with a paper towel.
- In the same skillet cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned, drain and set aside.

- Next add the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is well combined.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
Baked in the oven
- Follow steps 1 and 2 as for slow cooker.
- In a large mixing bowl add the drained beans and the cooked meat.
- Add the rest of the seasonings and mix until well combined.
- Pour the baked beans in a large lightly greased casserole dish.
- Bake the beans in a preheated 350℉ oven for 1 hour.
