  • lemon, juiced

  • seedless red grapes, halved
  • toasted pecans, chopped

  1. Wash and core the apples and slice. Cube the slices and place the cubes in a glass bowl. Toss the cubes with the lemon juice.
  2. In a large glass bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and the brown sugar.

  • 4 Large Honeycrisp apples may also use Fuji apples

  • 2 ribs celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
  • ½ cup toasted pecans chopped

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise good quality such as Hellmans or Dukes
  • 1½ Tablespoons brown sugar
