Apple Salad:
- Large Honeycrisp apples
- lemon, juiced
- celery, thinly sliced
- seedless red grapes, halved
- toasted pecans, chopped
- dried cranberries
- mayonnaise
- brown sugar

- Wash and core the apples and slice. Cube the slices and place the cubes in a glass bowl. Toss the cubes with the lemon juice.
- In a large glass bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and the brown sugar.

- 2 ribs celery thinly sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
- ½ cup toasted pecans chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries

- ⅓ cup mayonnaise good quality such as Hellmans or Dukes
- 1½ Tablespoons brown sugar
