Ingredients
- 8 oz Block of Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Cloves fresh Garlic minced
- ⅔ Cup Parmesan freshly grated
- ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese freshly grated
- 1 Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts drained and squeezed
- 8 oz Fresh Spinach leaves
- ½ teaspoon Season All
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, grated parmesan, mozzarella and all the seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Fold together with a large spoon or spatula.
- Add the fresh spinach leaves to a large mixing bowl (microwave safe) and cover the spinach with a wet paper towel. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Add this cooked spinach and the drained artichoke hearts to the cream cheese mixture and fold together.
