I was searching for something similar to what is applied to the pork tenderloin medallions from Costco, their "Tuscan Pork" which I love. My local Costco seems to have discontinued this item. I made this recipe and it came very close to what I was looking for. I used three tablespoons of the seasoning mix and combined it with some olive oil to make a paste to rub over the tenderloin. I let that sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. I sliced the tenderloin into medallions and the cooked them in a saute pan to desired doneness. I feel like it lacked salt, so I would add some next time I make it. Thanks for this wonderful spice mix recipe!
