Basic 3-Ingredient No-Churn Ice Cream Recipe with Variations
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk NOT evaporated
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract not the imitation kind
Instructions
