Evenly spread the Worcestershire Sauce over the steaks and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to about 200℉ for keeping the meat warm.
Create your dredging station with 2 medium sized bowls and 1 baking sheet lined with paper towels. One bowl is for the flour mix, one is for the egg/milk wash and the baking sheet is for lining up the steaks one they're breaded. In the first bowl add 1 cup of flour, the corn starch, 1 teaspoon of Creole Seasoning, 1 teaspoon of Paprika and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well.
In the second bowl add the buttermilk, eggs and hot sauce.
Take one of the steaks and drop it into the flour mix. Coat all over then dip the steak into the buttermilk mixture. Dip the covered meat back into the flour mix again until coated. Set aside on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining steaks.
