Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup-style chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced white onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt plus more as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper plus more as needed

Instructions

  • Place ½ cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons ketchup-style chili sauce, 1 tablespoon minced white onion, 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon dry mustard, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
    Taste and add more kosher salt or black pepper as needed.

Notes

Storage: Russian dressing can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
