Cream Cheese Cucumber Sandwiches

- 16 oz cream cheese 2-8-oz packages, softened
- ½ cup green onions minced
- 1 cup cucumber peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 4 Tbsp. dill chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 loaves sliced white bread
Stir together the first 7 ingredients to create the Benedictine spread.
Spread mixture on 24 slices of white bread, and top with remaining bread slices to create sandwiches.
Trim away sandwich crusts, and cut each sandwich into 4 triangles with a serrated knife to create tea sandwiches.
