Ingredients

  • 1 pound Medium shrimp Cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 avocado peeled, pit removed, and chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion julienned
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice Fresh
  • 2 Talbespoons Lime juice Fresh
  • teaspoons Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.

Notes

Storing: Cover the shrimp ceviche tightly and place in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days. This dish does not freeze well, eating it fresh is the best option.
