ITALIAN CAPRESE SALAD

BEGIN BY SLICING THE TOMATOES & MOZZARELLA
Start by layering the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Pour 1/2 of the marinade over fish.
Finish by drizzling balsamic glaze and olive oil over salad.
Add a few grinds of black
pepper. . .
A little bit of salt and you're ready to serve.
In 5 minutes you have a delicious appetizer or salad
