Loaded French Fries With Spiced Pickled Jalapeño Peppers
Cheesy Loaded French Fries are packed with packed French fries, topped with shredded cheese, sliced pickled jalapenos, chopped bacon, and drizzled with tangy sour cream.

- 2 lb Bag of frozen fries
- 3 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- ⅔ cup Bacon cooked and chopped
- cup Pickled jalapeños
- ⅓ cup Green onion chopped
- ½ cup Sour cream **See note
Preheat the oven to 425℉
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a single layer of fries on it.
Bake according to the instructions on the bag. This is typically at 425℉ for 20 minutes or until golden.
Once baked, remove the fries from the oven and top with the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey jack cheese, chopped bacon, and jalapeños.
Place back into the heated oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Once the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and top with chopped green onion.
Spoon sour cream into a plastic food bag and cut the corner tip. Drizzle over the top of the fries. Serve while warm.
Storage: Loaded fries may be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day after making.
** If the sour cream is too thick to drizzle, add a teaspoon of milk or Ranch Dressing to it.
