  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano more for sprinkling
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
