Apple Salad:
- 4 Large Honeycrisp apples may also use Fuji apples
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 ribs celery thinly sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
- ½ cup toasted pecans chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Apple Salad dressing:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise good quality such as Hellmans or Dukes
- 1½ Tablespoons brown sugar
Wash and core the apples and slice. Cube the slices and place the cubes in a glass bowl. Toss the cubes with the lemon juice.
In a large glass bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and the brown sugar.
Add the apple cubes, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries to the dressing.
Stir to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
