Ingredients

Apple Salad:

  • 4 Large Honeycrisp apples may also use Fuji apples
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 ribs celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
  • ½ cup toasted pecans chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Apple Salad dressing:

  • cup mayonnaise good quality such as Hellmans or Dukes
  • Tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and core the apples and slice. Cube the slices and place the cubes in a glass bowl. Toss the cubes with the lemon juice.
  • In a large glass bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and the brown sugar.
  • Add the apple cubes, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries to the dressing.
  • Stir to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
