Add all marinade ingredients to a medium bowl and whish until completely combined.
Add chicken to a large resealable bag.
Pour marinade over chicken and seal the bag.
Place the bag in the refrigerator to chill up to 4 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and set at room , 20-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375℉.
Set out a 13X9-inch baking dish and lightly drizzle with olive oil
Transfer chicken to prepared baking dish.
Discard the marinade.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165℉.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice, sprinkle with the fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Store leftovers in refrigerator in airtight container.
Notes
Marinating chicken can be placed in the freezer for up to 3 months. Transfer the bagged marinating chicken to refrigerator for 24 hours to thaw. Cook as directed above.
