Sauté the mushrooms with butter and olive oil in the same skillet as the onions.
Add the spinach leaves to the pan with the mushrooms.

Add the seasoning and onions. Mix until the spinach wilts.
Add the cream to the pan and let it come to a simmer.
Add the Parmesan cheese to the veggies and sauce.
Add in the tortellini and mix to cover with sauce.
